We all know that starting a business in Africa takes a lot of courage dedication and toughness. To make sure what you embark on has a solid foundation and can be sustainable, you must observe an attitude, which impacts on your business positively.
Do not joke with the following tips and you must execute them religiously:
- Use your brain and your physical strength to create and produce your products and services
- Do not take loan unless it is very very important for the survival of the business
- Cut down your expenses by eliminating waste in your business environment
- Do not waste money on festivities such as party, funerals, adoring...
- Money generated from your business (no matter the amount) should be divided into 3. One third (1/3) should go into the operation of your business, the second 1/3 should go into investments such as Stock, Bond, Mutual Fund, and the last part should be saved in a bank account for any eventualities.
- Buy products and services you can not produce but necessary for the operation of the business.
