Unemployment has become a serious economic indicator in the countries economic growth and performance. Everybody expects jobs from his government who is under pressure with enormous problems to solve.  Even tough the governments are responsible for job creation, they must be assisted by the educational institutions and fresh graduates.

The world is changing and African Graduates must change their mind set about getting jobs from governmental and corporate institutions. They either start a small business or partner existing small business in order to create jobs for undergraduates students, artisans, etc...The informal sector is full of Micro and Small Businesses, which the Unemployed Graduates must explore. The Microentrepreneurs in the local Markets need to be assisted in their Finances, distributions and investment, and graduates in accounting, business administration, marketing,... can offer their skills and knowledge to transform these Microenterprises into  Formal and Sustainable Business Ventures, which eventually create jobs.
Microentrepreneurs in Africa

To be an entrepreneur or be employable, you need to acquire skills, and in reality, skills are acquired in business environment. The biggers business environment in Africa is the informal sector. The graduates can acquire their skills by working for SMEs in their communities. These  jobs should enable them to learn how businesses are organised and managed.
Young graduates could come together  in the area of their skills and knowledge and offer their services to microentrepreneurs.
